Departures is an experiential representation of the geographical, temporal and emotional ellipses that often manifest amongst itinerants caught between multiple worlds. Through imagery collected over the last few years, I investigate both the junctions and divergences that threaten to fracture and simultaneously bind my memories and identities.
The film was commissioned by the Kadak Collective as part of their mixed media, thematic visual project called the Bystander Anthology.
